bRIANNE GLASER PSYCHOTHERAPY
APPROACH
I know how much courage it takes to reach out for support. When life feels heavy or confusing, being met with compassion, curiosity, and presence can open up real possibility for change. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic and relational therapy, which means I will honor your present experience while also exploring the deeper patterns that shape how you feel, relate, and move through the world.
I work with adults, teens, and couples from all racial, gender, and sexual identities. My practice often includes people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, major life shifts, or questions of identity and purpose.
I have a particular passion for supporting new moms and parents as well as those in creative fields who may feel stuck, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves.
My hope is to join you in uncovering your most authentic self and building a life that reflects what truly matters to you.
